I had completely forgotten about the Great Space Coaster until I saw in on http://del.icio.us/tag/80s. According to IMDB.com The Great Space Coaster was:

The only thing I remember is part of the theme song and “Gary Gnu” for some reason.

I loved The Great Space Coaster! Especially Francine, the very pretty 16 year old brunette singer/guitar player on the show who used tickle Puppet Goriddle Gorilla while wearing a gold ring on her ring finger.The role of 16 year old Frannie on The Great Space Coaster was played by Singer/Actress Emily Bindiger 5 years from 1981 to 1986. Does anyone remember all the practical jokes that Frannie used to play on Puppet Goriddle Gorilla, like making him into a fake scarecrow in Edison Elephant’s corn garden? She used a hammer, rope, nails , and wood here! Frannie used to always rub Goriddle’s tummy with her hand to be affectionate a lot!
